Concrete repair

Concrete restoration is the process of repairing old and damaged concrete to restore the integrity of the structure. Restoring concrete helps return it to its original appearance and improve the building aesthetics. Concrete restoration is often more expensive than concrete in new construction, however it is typically less expensive than tearing down the structure and building a new structure.

Structural damage is often found on elevated slabs, balconies, walkways, parking garages, and structural elements. Structural concrete damage is often caused by chloride and moisture intrusion resulting in the rebar oxidation—or rusting. Long-lasting concrete preservation, repair, and rehabilitation is possible when experienced professionals utilize proper concrete repair and restoration technologies.
