Empire Receives nrca and cna Community Involvement award

Empire Roofing was recently awarded third-place for its work with Iglesia San Miguel, a church that supports the underprivileged Latino community in Fort Worth.

As we have learned over the last couple of years, the pandemic has put a mental strain on our youth. Iglesia San Miguel Church’s Vacation Bible School not only provides a safe place for children while parents go to work during the summer, but it also teaches them to lean on Christ when they are having a tough time. The church keeps the kids engaged by acting out stories from the bible, then having open discussions about how it is applicable to real life situations giving them the tools to make moral choices in life. We at Empire believe there is so much value to these lessons. It is great to be able to share the history of Empire Roofing, showing the kids that with hard work they can achieve amazing things.
